The property also has a two story community boathouse with covered deck entertaining area, sunbathing area and sandy beach, Amenities include kayaks and canoes as well as options to rent boats from local marinas. Lake Burton is a beautiful, pristine mountain lake with stunning views.
The homes main level includes master bedroom with king bed and large bath with Jacuzzi tub, shower, private bathroom. Cozy living room with fireplace, fully furnished cooks kitchen, dinning area with seating for 10, large screened back porch with Green Egg for grilling. This floor also has powder bath, laundry room and rocking chairs on front porch.
The 2nd floor has second Master with king bed and also a day bed and private bathroom. Also two additional bedrooms; one with two queen beds and another with two twin beds and joining bathroom. This floor will sleep six guests.
Terrace level has another large comfy living room area, desk/office area, wet bar with refrigerator, micro wave and card/dining table for four. Cozy bunk room with two twin and two full beds and bath. This floor also has covered porch with Weber grill and can sleep up to four.
